Challenge and Motivation

• Nickel-based alloys require case based performance analysis to derive best-suited machining process chain for particular features
• ICTM Institutes offer full range of relevant technologies and thus can conduct an overall performance analysis

Objective

• Compare different process chains for realization of an individual feature by experimental analysis
• Identify most suitable process chain for manufacturing of the particular feature (in terms of cost / process time)
