Challenge and Motivation
- The condition of machine components often requires expert maintenance and assessment for accurate analysis.
- Insufficient data on the wear condition of machine tool components can lead to unnecessary maintenance actions and unexpected downtime.
Objective
- Continued use of the recording equipment installed in 2024 at a participant site in project 5.2, which is currently recording data from the ongoing production process.
- Continuous analysis of the recorded data.
- Enhancement of the automated calculation of condition indicators.
